Nappy Cake Design & Availability

99% of the time, we have plentiful stock of all the items, ribbons and trimmings which are used in our nappy cakes. On the VERY rare occasion that we may have run out of a certain item, we reserve the right to use an equivalent trimming or filling.

All nappy cakes come externally presented with either voile or cellophane wrap, bows, ribbon, ingredients card and congratulations card. To include a congratulations message, please go to step 1 of Checkout after you have added your chosen nappy cake to the shopping basket.

Copyright

Although healthy competition is good as it helps create the best products for customers, we will not tolerate our designs being copied. Say it with Nappies are full members of ACID - Membership number 10425 (Nappy Cakes Ltd). Each of our nappy cake, baby bouquet and basket designs are registered with ACID. All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website/marketing material are and will remain the property of Say it with Nappies. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously,

Action will be taken against individuals or businesses who are found to be copying Say it with Nappies nappy cakes design or taking website text or content and passing off as their own work. Prior written permission must be obtained from Miranda Hart for the use of any images, designs or content.

Say it with Nappies is fully insured in the name of Nappy Cakes Ltd. Product & Public Liability Insurance. Underwritten by Allianz Insurance plc H08D0068.

Payment Terms

All nappy cakes are made to order and despatched 1-2 working days upon receipt of cleared payment. Payment can be made through the following:

Telephone
You may place your order and pay by credit or debit card over the telephone. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and Solo all accepted. Please telephone 01435 872818 to place your order.

PayPal
PayPal is a secure, established electronic payments system which allows you to make credit and debit card payments over the internet without having to pass your details to the retailer. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a transaction - the system allows you to make a one-off transaction using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro etc

Invoice
If you are a business, then why not open a corporate account. Benefit from 30 day payment terms and monthly invoicing. Ideal for medium to large businesses. Please contact me with two trade references to open an account. Maximum credit limit of £250.00.

Delivery Information & P&P Charges  

Delivery and packaging is £6.95 no matter how many items you purchase from the website. Professional packaging is used to ensure that your nappy cake does not get damaged in transit.  All orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition in which they were sent. All nappy cakes are sent by Royal Mail recorded first class mail or  Courier. Postal receipts are obtained for all packages sent.

Orders received before 10.00am, Monday to Thursday, will usually be despatched within 1-2 working days unless otherwise notified. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be despatched on a Monday, unless otherwise notified.

International Orders - Europe

We are able to offer a one tier nappy cake which can be posted to mainland Europe. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Returns Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction! If however, for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
